Guarantee
We
guarantee all our work. If we can't fix it, we don't charge
for it. And, "if it ain't broke, we don't fix it".
If we come out, odds are we can fix the problem. But if not,
the most we'll ever ask is that you pay for the drive (standard
trip charge), not the service time. We will always be honest
with you. If you are not 100% pleased with our work, please
talk to us. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
All
our repairs are fully guaranteed for a period of ninety days
from the date of service. This means that if the identical failure
re-occurs within that period, we will return to fix it free
of charge.*
All parts that we install carry the manufacturer's original
warranty. Generally this is twelve months, but please ask for
specific details. If the part is defective or fails under normal
use within the manufacturer's warranted time, we will return
to repair it. We will take care of contacting the manufacturer
and return the parts, and we will install the replacement parts
at no charge to you.

Our guarantee does not cover troubleshooting software issues
caused by the customer, or items that fail due to misuse. We
are not responsible for the failure of any installed part that
is supplied by the customer. If you wish us to install such
an item, you release us from any such claim.

Returns
We
strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction. We are a service-oriented
business, but we do sell certain parts and equipment. Unless
specifically stated otherwise at the time of purchase, we guarantee
all parts and equipment that we sell to be brand new.
We
offer a 15-day return policy for everything that we stock. Any
item may be returned within the first fifteen (15) days after
purchase. We will issue credit for the original purchase price
minus a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. The returned product
must be in its original purchase condition, delivered to our
premises. If necessary or requested, un-installation and/or
pickup charges will apply.
We
offer a free replacement for any faulty or defective merchandise.

and time our site is accessed and the pages visited, is gathered
for statistical purposes.. We use this information only to understand
how many visitors we get and how visitors use our web site so
