We normally come to you. However, if that's not practical, you can ship your computer to us. If you want to do this, here's what to do.

Then:

Prepare your computer:

Make a list describing what's wrong with your computer. Include your name, address, and contact information (phone number, email, fax, etc.). Please make sure that this information is legible.

We only want the computer. Remove floppy disks and cdroms from the drives and disconnect all cables. Do not ship anything but the computer.

Take the computer to a shipping outlet that specializes in packing items for shipment, such as Mail Boxes Etc. Request that they double box the computer. Pad the computer with 2 to 3 inches of bubble wrap or foam and place it in a snug fitting box. Put the box holding the computer into a larger box, with foam peanuts or other suitable packaging material forming a cushion between the outer box and the computer box to give it more shock resistance. Be sure to put your list in the box with the computer. Write your shipping authorization number (obtained from 2 Wiz's) on the outside of the box.

Insure the shipment for a minimum of $1000. You know what you paid for it. Insure it accordingly.
